Oz got his first promotion from private to lance corporal after he scored a tying touchdown against orc team g11 in a crucial moment in the second half. This was after he was continuosly tying up a frightening black orc. He has shown great promise and was rewarded with the rank of Lance Corporal.
Due to the actions on and off the field as well as his remarkable potential, he was quickly given already his second promotion just one match from the previous one. This time from the rank of Lance Corporal to Corporal. Now as an NCO he works more to help his less experienced comrades on the field.
Promotion to sergeant came from badly hurting an opponent Kroxigor in a loss against the Muddy Men lizard team. Every time a human lineman puts down a big guy it's definitely worth a promotion.
