Season 1 (VIII), an original 'Son, but as of Game 9 his son is being groomed to replace the gimp.
Game 9: Fractured skull, -AV, vs. Khemri, to make a matched pair of gimped Ulfs. Money will have to be raised before he is given his walking papers.
Game 14: Taking a while to find the money for that replacement. Meanwhile, gimped a C. Pact elf -AV in squeaker win over Buenos Aires.
Game 15: 2 spp short of a skill, the old gimp gets MVP for Block. Can't complain too much, he's certainly earned it, tough old bastard, despite the concussion.
Game 17: Season's last game, MNG'd a lino then got another MVP in brutal win vs. HElfs, for MB. (Possibly a mistake - maybe should have gone Guard?)
Game 18: A "between-season Training Camp" game, a 'zerk takes an early RIP and the Apo gets used (at least successfully!), and he takes his 2nd -AV from a lucky rookie rotter.
And so his career ends before Season 2. He would have gone sooner than later, but Nuffle has spoken, and this is as good a time as any. The only regret is he never got his own RIP, and so his prospects of Valhalla are shadowy at best.
