Black orcs are quite bad, but at least they are somewhat robust for a tier3 team, making me choose them over elves for my first squad. Tricky to play, they're not that bashy in the end and lack mobility. I see many similarities with Khemri and they should challenge my thoughts of the usual Blood Bowl theory.
