[Q] Dwarf
| Faction is an elf division; we are elves. Therefore, this is where we belong. The long, spindly, stretched out elves may be better at dodging, but we believe that we are the kind of elves who are good at passing the ball, and that's what we intend to do. If our turn doesn't end before the ball carrier moves, we're going to attempt a pass every single turn that we have the ball (unless, of course, we can score with the ball carrier, because we elves like to score even more than we like to pass). I expect that there are a lot of Pro skills in our near future. I'm hoping for a lot of doubles, too, because we couldn't find anyone in our entire forest who could catch. We encourage every opponent - especially chaos elf, green-skin elf, and undead elf - to join us in admiration of the art of the medium pass. Passing: Game 1 - 2 for 6 with an interception. Game 2 - 2 for 3...the orcs just held on to the ball FOREVER. Very frustrating! How can we pass the ball when they won't score? Game 3 - 5 for 7 (we are awesome!) and our first win. Unfortunately, our first RunnerElf to get a skill loses a point of agility! Luckily, a Slayer Elf gets a point of agility! Game 4 - 1 for 5 (we are not as awesome) and a tie, which, all things considered, we must be happy with. The fans, however, were not. Game 5 - 1 for 7...our little guys were playing, um, it wasn't best. I'm fairly sure I rerolled some blocks that were knocking the other guy down, but to be honest I'm not sure. Hard to win when the coach is drunk! |
