Breadbasket Brawlers

The Breadbasket Brawlers or BB's were founded by da family Breadbasket as one of their rackets. Being a blood bowl team gave the Breadbaskets entry into places most of their kind couldn't get into, thus making their "buisness" endeavor's run much smoother. Since its a family endeavor, only Breadbaskets and their favored "muscle" are allowed to join, fortunatly there are always more Breadbaskets to join the team. Originally created to allow family members access to towns where the rest of their family could ply the family trade of extortion, Jimbo Breadbasket came to the realization that they were not living up to their potential. One day before quite a big match, the opposing coach sent an envoy to the Breadbasket Locker. The coach offered the Breadbaskets a large sum of money if they would "take a dive" and allow his team to win so that it could gain a favorable match-up in the upcoming playoffs. Interestingly enough it seems that in that match all of the Breadbaskets suddenly came down with a case of food poisoning, and were unable to take the pitch. Rumor is, that the Brawlers received sizable compensation from the restaurant Chez Stinky Pigeon...
