| Veterans of the league! Stalwarts of the stands! Skazipper's Glorious Band of Ball-huggers and Teeth-chippers! That's what people would say if the team had actually been playing more than half a dozen games in the past few years. A small matter of taxation the head coach needed to sort out required an extended stay overseas in a fabulous land called "Minnymum Securitie," (sounds Tilean, or one of the foreign places, can't trust the food there y'know...) and so practice fell by the wayside in favour of squig racing, squig hunting and squig drinking (a complicated practice). Upon return the head coach duly started smacking heads and kicking butt to squeeze out an amazing draw after barely months of training! The crowd went mild! The sky is the limit, people! (Except orcs don't have wings, so the ground is the limit, really. Except if you fall into a pit or hole, so then you're sort of into negative there. And if you're a miner, then you're sort of stuffed from the word go...) |
