| Taking a break from their cider making, the Scrumpers set out to see what this Blood Bowl thing was all about. They had seen the homecoming parades for past victorious Dwarven teams and heard their exploits of bloodshed and mayhem. They set out on tour and sang their legendary song "Though the road be long and the road be bumpy, we don't care coz we got SCRUMPY!" Their first game went well, a victory! But then ... oh ... the embarrassment. Beaten up in successive games by Elves and then Amazons ... the Scrumpers went into a tailspin. Spotting a hardened Orc team ready for a match, they vowed to regain their honour. They didn't. They got beaten up again. They are the Somerset Scrumpers. They are limping and punch drunk. They are going home to farm apples. |
