This team, if you'd like to call it that, seems to consist mostly of semi-conscious humanoid-formed sacks of pus. They shamble around, gibbering and whistling atonal sequences in a disturbing and primal display of communication, exhibiting no greater intelligence than an average household pet.
Two gargantuan aberrations serve as the axis for the rest of these freaks of nature(?) but they don't appear to exert any control over the rest of their de-evolved brethren; Rather, these mindless mockeries of biological life needs guidance by their malicious cousins due to lack of sensory organs, save for what could be accounted for as smell and, proven time and again, taste.

Learned men versed in the arcane, and others conducting research in unsound matters, have laid forth the theory that this hive of unsavory plaguebringers may be under the influence of some kind of immaterial, omnipresent intelligence, previous unheard of. This train of thought may be lended some credibility though, since their irrational behaviour regresses somewhat when driven into a Blood Bowl court with fire and vats of distilled alcohol, or challenged with the allure of delicacies like tender children, watchfully guarded by their parents.

It is not unusual for large amounts of spectators coming to matches played by the "Necrogurgs", as some choose to "affectionally" call this accumulation of shambling effluvia, to contract rare and in some cases fatal diseases. Surprisingly this haven't affected ticket sales so far, and the morbid nature of the team's little... perks instad makes the sensation-starved audience even more inclined to come back for the next bout.
