Founded: 2512 Stadium: The Cannery (Neues Emskrank) Capacity: 42,000 (35,550 Seats) Owner: DrPoods Head Coach: DrPoods Inaugural Captain: Gerhard Heidlitz Vice Captain: Rickard Sturm Founded as a result of a need for excitement in the local area, the Sea Eagles consist of various local figures who have long harboured the ambition of making a real name for themselves. Fishermen, cannery workers and others, sick and tired of the Norscan menace (not to mention their successful Blood bowl teams), have decided to get back at the Dark Elves, Norse and other chaotic evils that periodically ravage their beautiful land by showing them what's what on the pitch. Led by grizzled, long-time amateur coach DrPoods, the Sea Eagles are aiming to show that they are just as enthusiastic on the astrogranite as they are on the battlefield! Newly admitted to the Human League, the Nordland Sea Eagles join the Conference with high hopes and burning ambition. Influenced by Norse, Chaotic and Elven styles (thanks to the Elves in the Laurelorn Forest as well as periodic raiding parties of the above), flexibility on the pitch will be needed as the Nordlanders make their move up the ladder and to the promised land of the Human League Premiership! |
