| It all started on a sunny afternoon in the famous Nuln University. The latest discussion topic in history class were the origins of Nuffle's sport. The opinions did differ a lot, as research in that field had never really been of great interest to most historians. Things got out of hand when some of the students decided they should try it out on the pitch. They decided to start training and after a few weeks, challenged a junior dwarf team from the nearby dwarf burrows. The dwarves were so confident about the game they drank all night before the great day (and also the night before that actually). By the kickoff they were in such a bad shape, the historians pulled off an impressive 5-0 victory, injuring 4 dwarves in the process. Historians's Bloodbowl Club was born. Let's see what they're worth against more professional teams. They love their dusty books, but what makes 'em tick is the pumping adrenalin of the game. |
