TEAM HISTORY The Leftovers come from the very small hamlet of Salisburied, in Sylvania, not too far from Barrichmere. Team's owner is baroness Nadia Kravchenko, widow and mother of Marko and Tamara Kravchenko who, originally, were both Blood Bowl players in the local league, each playing for their respective team. Tamara and Marko were both bitten in two different matches, by the leading werewolf of the local leading team, both getting sick and transforming soon after. While facing with the horrendous new condition of her two children, the baroness decided to get revenge on that werewolf. But the only way to get to him was to face him on the pitch. The baroness came up with a solid plan: she spent a fair amount of years studying necromancy and then she sold the family's house and founded the Leftovers, putting her offspring to the pitch and surrounding them with all the strongest and appalling ill-fated players she could find in the local Wolf Street's cemetery. Puling some strings, the baroness was eventually able to organize an exhibition match against the local leading team and the Leftovers were finally able to face them in a breathtaking (literally speaking) match during which the opponents soon found themselves without their lead werewolf, being hit hard on the pitch. On purpose. What happened soon after in the casualty box can only be imagined and speculated, but whispers in the shadows says the wolf was dismembered by Marko and Tamara, who sneaked away from the pitch to tear him to pieces. After that infamous match, having reached her goal the baroness was on the verge of disbanding the team but seeing the response from the cheering crowd of Salisburied she ultimately decided to keep it and let her heirs play in it as captains. From then on the Livid Leftovers are competing in local circuits and, occasionally, on some foreign leagues or tournaments across the Old World. SIDELINE - The assistant coach is Spooky Bardolph. - The cheerleaders are the Spookettes. - The melodious soothsayer is Jaroslav. - The gravekeeper is Milor the blind. - The hollow columnist is Rudi Flamenko from the "Wolf Street Obituary". - The mascot is Boris the grinner.
