An Elven University in the Woodland Tradition

Duqueswood University was founded in the proud forging town of Pittston to prepare elves to serve in the woodland tradition along the borderlands between the realms of man and the wild.

Steeped in the broad and deep leaf-eral arts and sciences, the Duqueswood education imparts reverence for the natural world, knowledge of and respect for the arcane lore and magic of all elven races, and career preparation for the jobs of tomorrow. Every graduate goes forth into wider realms prepared to serve and carry forward the ancient elven mission with the spirit embedded in the university's motto, "Silva est qui vivificatï" (translation: "It is the forest that giveth life").

The Duqueswood Green Dukes live out the ethos of this grand and proud university on the pitch, playing the same way our students learn, with passion, purpose, and occasional violence, bloodshed, and death.
