This is a concept team.
Only once the player has proven himself by improving himself above the guidance of his coaches, will he be allowed to choose his own path. To signify this, every player (With the exception of one Lineman Kicker) will follow an identical development path UNTIL either a Double or Stat Increase. The Coaches keep such a close Eye on their Team, that they keep the Team's ethics and morality spotless. Whilst being hard hitting, they will never play with a DP - Either on their own team, or an opponents.

BLITZERS: - (Block), MB, Guard, Tackle, StripBall, Pro, MultiBlock, SureFeet.
LINEMEN: - Block, Tackle, StripBall, PassBlock, Pro, SureHands, SureFeet.
CATCHERS: - (Catch, Dodge), Block, SideStep, PassBlock, SureFeet, Sprint, Pro, SureHands.
THROWERS: - (SureHands, Pass), Accurate, Block, DumpOff, SafeThrow, HailMary, Tackle, Pro.

OGRE: - R U Crazy!? Have You Ever Tried to Coach an Ogre - He's just going to develop However He wants, no Coach is That Crazy!

This Team has gone off to the Best Start I have ever seen - I was just experimenting with the Humans, but OMG - I love the versatility.
(That and my Fan Factor went up 4 Times in the first 4 Games)

Game 1 saw a massacre of epic proportions, as a rookie Wood Elf Team fielded a team, obviously bereft of Armour. Barry Led the charge with 3 Casualties, inspiring the rest of the team to a massive 6-0 Casualty Count against the Welfs. Walking down the empty field to claim a 4-0 Victory, both Barry and Blake leveled from the first game.

Game 2 saw Blake Bring Home the Only 2 Casualties, clearing the path enough for Barry and Lefty to Sneak Home TDs in the dying stages of each half for a 2-0 victory. Larry Leveled

Game 3 Saw Barry again claim two casualties, this time against a much more determined WoodElf Team. Stalling for a Draw because of an already developed one turner, the entire team held the Woodies on the deck whilst Lefty sat inches from the Goal Line, leaning over seconds before the final siren. Such was the boredom of the incident, that Lefty increased his cardiovascular work out - only for something to do. In doing So, Lefty became the first to prove himself over and above his coaches, going +MA and now free to cross train at will. The Blitzer Pair of Barry and Blake again Levelled, this time prepared to assist the blocks of any team mate.

This Game unfortunately saw the retirement of the rookie Lineman "Lottii" - Niggled early in the game, he was retired to help the grand coaching staff keep the record up (and the TR down). This was Ironically the first Casualty of the Team.

<a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&op=view&id=928483"Game 4 Was a Spitefull affair, with the two unadvanced Blitzers turning on a show. Realising the outnumbered ranks early on, they set about rectifying this with two terrific games. Both BH'ing their Los opponents on turn 1, they then went on to cause utter chaos in the opposition ranks. One crowd surfed his opposite number, rushing back to play before he saw the tragic niggling result. Both came up with a key intercepts (2 of 2 during the game), and ran them in for a 2-0 victory. Both Leveling, (A TD, CAS and Intercept Each), Bazza took MB as prescribed, whilst Bob was so excited about his intercept, that he just kept running - resulting in the teams second +MA, and his freedom from the coaches' strict development. Lottii's replacement (Lottii the 2nd) recieved the MVP for a critical CAS, and instantly in an act of extreme generosity, developed his guarding skills in order to assist the rest of his team.

Game 5 Was a hard hitting match against some Incredibly Healthy Khemri. Although Inflicting 2 BH, 2 SIs and a RIP - Every time they knocked them down, they would regenerate and end up back on the field. All the Blitzers contriuted with either CASs or TDs, whilst Lennox and Leroy both leveled. Leroy has decided to take up the team's kicking duties, and as such is released from the strict development path (Although he still intends to listen to some advice.

Game 6 A Lucky Escape and a Tradgedy for the opponents. After being out diced and out numbered in the first half, The team rallied from 2-0 down early in the first to escape with a 2-2 Draw thx to some injury time. Inflicting 2 RIPs and a SI(-AG) in the second half, the Blitzers all again proved they could rise to do whatever neccessary to get the job done. On a comic Note, despite Trent's debut, and the fact that Og failed 12 of 16 Stupidity Rolls, Og got the MVP.

Game 7 another Pounding of the Undead in this game, with a good spread of SPPs. Bazza proved his Agility over and above the rest of the team (+AG), whilst Og finally decided to help the team out after his dismal efforts in the previous game (Guard). A Massive Casualty Count, a reverse of what was expected helped keep some of the fickle crowd from deserting the team (Rolled Naturall 1 for FF). Some unlucky dice from the opposition left only one of the team regenerated, and only one player on field at the end of the game.

Game 8 This was a violent affair, with the All blocking Norse matching strength for strength with the AV8 Humans. After some stalling in the first half, Og managed to kill the opposing Ogre (lucky for the Apothecary), and some of the blitzers started making their hits count. Barry leveled and mastered the art of going nowhere - not budging on his wishes, even with the coaching staff in disagreement about his newfound trait. The opposition coach played great defence, and with the help of the dice managed to hold out till the final turn, until he simply ran out of men to throw in the way.

Game 9 FIRST LOSS Barry and Bazza didn't get this game off to a great start - Arguing who was the greatest and refusing to take the field side by side. After this it all went down hill. With the APO getting a workout, and the players falling off the field Left RIght and Center, this game unfortunately was over before it began. With no dice going their way, and down to 5 men on field half way thru the second half, the team layed down and gave up their first loss of the season. The coaching staff, although dissapointed, at least will keep full rosters for the next games.

Game 10 SECOND LOSS (-1FF) If there was ever a game highlighting the imbalance of CLAW/RSC players - this was it. Whilst they guys were giving as good as they got, they took 2BH and 3SI all from the one rat. Forcing the retirement of Laddy with a Niggle, the guys were eventually outnumbered on the field, thanks also to 5 KOs in 4 turns from the rats. On a positive note, they did cripple most severely one of the RSC'd rats - helping rid the world of those dangerous warpstone mutations.

Game 11 THIRD LOSS With the opposition coach buying a wizard between arangement and kick off - We had no doubts this would be a diry affair. Not only this, but the opposition coach stepped over his 4 mins allowed for help for his team ALMOST EVERY TURN (Even after the victory was assured - just unneccessarily prolonging the sufferring). It was obviously working, because his team registered 2 RIPs in the first 6 turns, with the help of the Wizard. With him also rolling 75% luck for the entire game, he then didn't think this was enough. He then started randomly gang fouling all players on the pitch, even trivial linemen - right to the last turns. With only one intention in mind, destroying the team even after the victory was assured. KhorneliusPRAXX now has the dubious honour of being the second person to make my DNP list. Out of this game, Bob now Rests in Peace, whilst Lottii (the Second) has also now retired due to niggling injuries.

Game 12 FOURTH LOSS This was a game where in the end the team just needed to laugh. Rolling 3x/4x/6x Skulls, Making Long Bombs, Hand offs into TZs, then rolling 1.1 for the final GFI. With Bob not yet replaced and Barry off MNG, we were severely out gunned, and with all the poor ball handling, the game was lost early in the first half. On the positive sides, we are now back up to 4 Blitzers, and two of the linemen levelled, one with Guard.

After 16 Games, these guys have finally decided to take on a catcher. The coaching department, whilst exstatic about the progress so far, feels that some of the scoring pressure needs to be taken from the Blitzers so that they can better help protect the rest of the Team. Stay tuned as we trace Cage's beginnings in the world of BloodBowl.

Game 19 Saw the first Concession. The Coach being called to a Downed Server at his 'Day Job' left the grandstand - immediately the team conceeded.
