The Failed Lab Specimens have always had a varying mixture of luck.

First in their list of conquests is the Da Killarz!!!. Even though they outranked The Failed Lab Specimens by 57 team rating and team strength outnumbering theirs by something in the 30's, the rats showed them what they are made of and tied the orcs. It is rumored that the rats have somehow had their ability to fear removed as when they entered the match, no apothecary was on staff. The rats still killed one of the opposing team's players and didnt take a scratch themselves.

Their second game against Pansy Ogres was once more a game against a much superior opponent, although they did have an apothacary to back up their front against the ogres. The Ogre's team rating was over theirs by 48, making it a game almost as big as the last one. The rats, although losing, did manage to hold the ogres from scoring until the last turn, making their coach very proud.

They say fear is the mind killer. In this case, fear is the body killer. Fortunately for the Lab Specimens, they didnt fear. In their third game against Oops I did it again , a chaos team, they took the ball from deep in the beastmen's formation and scored in the 6th turn, while taking only 1 BH, giving the two unknocked out gutter runners a chance to shine. Oops did manage to score that half, tying up the game... but the little fellows werent beaten yet! They scored the ball once the next half then stole it YET AGAIN from their opponents and scored on the last turn, making it a 3-1 victory against a team that was 41 TR higher and 18 TS higher than the rats. The Failed Lab Specimens had turned failure inside out!
