During the clone wars, the 505th Battallion was sent to defend the shipyards. They later became known as the 'Corellian Crushers' for their ability to crush illegal activity in the area as well as numerous attempts by the Seperatists to take contol of the shipyards. They now remain as a permanent part of the CorSec Forces and have been drawn from the ranks of Correllian Society throughout the sector. Like the public they protect, they are very proud of the independent mindedness and enjoy the planets wide open spaces and city parks. Unlike many other industrialized planets, and Coriscant specifically, Corellia has avoided becoming over populated and maintains many open fields of razor grass as well as large parks in the cities. Their construction facilities have been moved into space, orbiting the planet where they will not be an eye sore. Though he had a couple of lingering injuries, it was the weakness of his defenses (-AV) that was the telling factor in the demise of the promising Jedi. His short carrier was scarred in more ways then one, but in the end, he had to step aside to make way for a new, young Jedi. He has, however, agreed to stay on as a Coach for the team, giving pointers on blocking. CLONE TROOPER 061588 was showing potential as a BLOCKer (10spp) when his career was cut short after only 6 games. He was one of two troopers killed in the match against the Survivors of Taris. CLONE TROOPER 091101 was also killed in his and the teams 6th Game by the Survivor of Taris. Though he was still learning, he had show some versatility with a Completion and a Casualty. CLONE TROOPER 012204 was killed in his 9th Game by the Bounty Hunters know as the Royal Naboo Security Force. He was the Strongest member of the team (ST 4) and will be missed. TROOPER 020808 was killed in only his 5th game, and feeling sorry for him, the fans voted him the MVP for the game.
