Unlike most other evil geniouses, whom cloud themselves in secrecy and mystery, Theodore Gauda Ratigan has never hidden anything from anyone. He was the only survivor from a litter of thirteen, and showed great promise even in young rathood.
His interests were many, domination, anatomy and science amongst them. He had many fine virtues; cunning and deceit over violence, manipulation of the mind rather than domination of it, and manipulation of the flesh rather than exercising of it.
He soon earned his first masters degree, in trade. But this bored him, so he doctored in violence/death and later in torture/medical treatment in quick succession. His last master came in pharmacy/poison, but he failed the last exam by only thirteen points, and left the University a bitter rat.
Soon after, he set up his first business, Ratigans ST, a highly profitable slave trade. He dealt mostly in rats, as he preferred to put other species he came over under the knife for experiments. Soon, he expanded his business to medical treatment as well, Ratigans MST.
But the good doctor could not get over his medicinal failure. He would show them. He started his own brand of medicines/drugs/poisons. Tests were conducted on his own slaves. Great success followed. With a survival rate of 13%, a fast fwd darwinistic revolution followed, where he was left with only the strongest slaves/subjects, and many interesting drugs and poisons. And loads of free dungeon space...
Soon the buyers started queing up. Generals, coaches, criminals, and even some doctors....
The only problem now was that many of the potential clients and would be buyers wanted these medicines properly field tested. After some pondering, the grand doctor selected some of his promising specimens, and entered them into bloodbowl, where war and sports collide....

History:

Winners in the rookie tournament, Sol's cup. After being on second place when the cup re-started, they went on to snatch a victory in the second edition of the cup.

4th in Ragnarok II. After a record breaking 6-0 win, they go on to being nearly destroyed in the last game of the tournament, against the eventual winners.

6th(out of 8) in NBBM32. After a nice opening victory, not much went their way. The season was not without highlights, though, the team being the only team to score and steal points from the winners, Tyske Hagenisser.

3rd (out of 7) in NBBM 43. Won the first three matches convincingly, but slowly taking casualties to key players. Two draws were followed by a loss in the tournament final, as the team that opened the season disintegrated. Only 3 players managed to survive the whole season without injuries.
