Nuln is one of the city states of the Empire, situated at the focus of four provinces and two great rivers. The city is home to the Gunnery school where most of the Empire’s cannons are forged. It also has some of the oldest and most esteemed universities in The Empire, arguably surpassing Altdorf in this regard, although it is hard to tell. Nuln City is one of the most prestigious Universities in the Empire. The Gunners themselves have a history of high and lows on the Blood Bowl pitch, with several golden periods of dominance that have been followed by periods of mediocrity and underachieving.
