After being off the field for ages, the Kruelty come alive in January 2017 for an interesting Brawl, the second FUBAR CUP! They hoped to defend humanity's honor, and smash some races that have been rightly abandoned. After 4 hard wins, including the proper smashing of some ninja slann, they made it through to the semi-finals where they fell to some lucky elves.
The Kruelty rise again in April 2017 for the XFL Human. They go to overtime in Round 1 and defeat a monster human squad to progress to round 2.
Originally made up of doormen and bouncers from the bowels of K-Town's taverns and brothels, the Kingston Kruelty were a thuggish band looking to fit in some violence on quiet Sunday mornings against rival teams from nearby towns. Few of them started with dreams of fame, fortune, and travel. After displaying much talent they caught the eye of the local nobility who gave them the funding required to feed an ogre, as well as go global with a new mandate to hunt for glory in the name of The Empire.

The Kruelty's first pro game was also The_Murker's first coaching venture in the world of FUMBBL. A measly 4'000 Kruelty fans were in attendance for the 3-Nil victory. Fortunately, the 11'000 screaming and oblivious Norse drunkards helped bring in a whopping 50'000 gold crowns for the city and the home team management, reaffirming the owner's decision to invest in the rugged group. The death of Chet "the Chucker" Caldwell provided the 16th and final Kruelty skull to allow them to go ahead with the much anticipated new uniform designs. Abandoning the crimson and silver, and flipping the shield of the Emperor upside-down, the new navy crest retained the Imperial skull and team lettering. The skull of a former teammate was embedded into the left shoulder of the team's 16 sets of armor, each containing a shiny glass eye. The dark armor is trimmed with gold plate made from the first 1000 gold crowns taken at the gate of the new stadium. The Kruelty have a stack of orc teams waiting to sign up for a match, intent on getting their claws on some of Kingston's expensive looking kit. Sheer marketing genius for a team hoping for a long list of opponents to do business with.
The Kingston Kruelty have grown into a massive franchise and are one of the major active human players in the Old World's popular and ruthless Black Box league.
Kingston's goals are simple. FAME & FORTUNE. Most important is to have a winning record at all costs while competing for glory in the Human League Conference and the Human League Premiership. Ideally while maintaining a big bank. The Kruelty will continue to try and accumulate Human League trophies in 2013 while moving up the list of 'oldest' and most played human teams in Black Box. A large bank account allows the team to stay above 1600 TV and complete a Premiership Sprint in a reasonable amount of time.
LATEST NEWS: (18 Jan 2017) ~ The Kruelty and it's coach took the year of 2015 off from Blood Bowl. After a few games in early 2016, the team saw no action afterwards. But the team has come alive in January 2017 to accept the unique Brawl challenge that is the FUBAR CUP. They are through to round 5 and the semi-finals.
NOTE: After Admin review, the Kruelty will try and maintain a min J-man policy, while at the same time trying to protect themselves from the worse Box can dish out. The Kruelty will endevour to hold a cash reserve before each game of 230'000 gold to be able to buy the 2 most expensive players on the roster afterwards, if required. This means, as soon the bank hits 280'000 a lineman will be purchased to replace a journeymen on the roster. (barring any MNG injuries) Please let me know if you see me in violation of my own policy. Thanks.
