Noisome Swarthy Woodsmen
Skills Pending [L] Wood Elf
SSL Season One and Ten Champion
A bunch of wild wac-err-horticulturists hauling the first Treeman around to satisfy his mercurial soil needs and (possibly) find Treewomen. Said Treeman is dangerously aggressive and notoriously antisocial. Being around the mutant Tree has caused the woodsmen to develop unnatural agility, possibly from its stunning emissions while in flower, but mainly to dodge its branch swings during dreamsleep. When asked what dreams caused such furore, the tree stubbornly kept silent but a faint green tinge appeared on the bark. The men glanced knowingly at each other and tipped a wink or two, bathing them in more emissions from the bashful Treeman.

With the team's victory in the inaugural season of the Southern Survivalist League, coupled with The One Tree's first casualty, much horticultural huffing and puffing was had with various botanical substances of dubious origin, some extracted from the very same Tree!

Those very same substances however induced a state of foolish bravado when indulged in liberally, as shown in the Season 2 Final. The Head Trimmer was dizzied by the fumes and the repeated knockdowns, paying for it by slipping on the grass while attempting to get away from the local large lizard and hurt his back.

The Tree was so happy to be around fellow Treemen that he lost his head in the Season 3 match against halflings....the team followed suit.

A bunch of rotting degenerates fit only for mulch found even the Southern Wastes much too wild for their liking and trampled over the helpless and innocent Woodsmen in their haste to leave while they were out foraging for samples in an obscure part of the Southern Wastes . For the North, as it turned out, carrying the casualty cup with them.

The team downcast by not making it to the final grant selection rounds struggled to adapt to their new rainforest habitats, with the One Tree in particular not finding it much to his liking and the team having one too many experiments spoilt by the native vermin.
