She is an alternate version of the Joker created for Thrillkiller.

Being a lesbian and in a sense clownish this female Joker falls madly in love with the alternate version of Harley Quinn. Her name is Hailey. Miss Steeplechase has been Hailey's idol since she was young and never felt this way for another human being, male or female.

She kills the alternate Dick Grayson cause much grief in Batgirl's life. Batgirl is so saddened by this that she masquerades in the Robin costume, she even cuts her glamorous red hair to resemble his.

In the Golden Age of Comics, Selina Kyle was a flight attendant who had been struck in the head after her plane had crashed; she survived but unfortunately became amnesiac. Her amnesia was the result of her turning to crime. She eventually runs into Batman and they would tangle a bit. Selina eventually reformed and admitted that the amnesia story was a lie to run away from her life of crimes. Selina would stay reformed for many years and even helps out Batman on his missions. She eventually returns to a life of crime and it was her last Golden Age appearance in Detective Comics #211.

The Cat, Catwoman's first alias, revealed her unwillingness to kill in Batman No. 2 when The Joker threatened to poison Robin the Boy Wonder. Her affection for The Dark Knight becomes evident in "Batman" No. 3 by giving the Caped Crusader a kiss. In the late 40's, Catwoman was given the classic purple outfit, which included a cowl and a cape. The Cat officially becomes Catwoman in 1942 in Batman No. 10 when the secret identity of high society woman Marguerite Tone was reviled. In Batman No. 15 (February - March 1943 , Catwoman goes by the name Elva Barr. She has red hair in Batman No. 35 (1946 , but starting with Detective Comics No. 122 (April 1947 , Catwoman has brunette/black hair. In recent comics, Catwoman's hair is cut short, virtually shorn, but most times artists have depicted Selina Kyle as a Caucasian with flowing, dark hair. Catwoman calls herself Madame Moderne in the June-July 1948 issue of Batman No. 47. Her true alter ego is revealed as Selina Kyle in 1951 in Batman No. 62

Originating from the planet Pandini, Remoni-Notra was selected by the Zamarons to be their queen after the honor was refused by the Earthwoman, Carol Ferris. After being given one of the five star sapphire gems and knowledge of the other four, she came to Earth to find the gem previously used by Carol. As Star Sapphire, she joined the Secret Society of Super Villains and began her search.

On Earth, she took the name Deborah Camille Darnell and gained employment as a stewardess for Ferris Air in order to get close to Carol and obtain the location of the gem. Surprisingly, as Debbie Darnell, she would often date the hero known as Captain Comet. For some time, her whereabouts were unknown until she was found by Despero in the infirmary of Belle Reve Prison. Deborah had slipped into a coma after being mind-wiped by Justice League member, Zatanna. Deborah participated in an on assault on the Justice League with other Society members who had their memories erased. The group was defeated and mind-wiped again.

Deborah was not seen again until the event known as the Infinite Crisis when a group of magic-users gathered at Stonehenge to summon the Spectre. Before opening any discussion, the Spectre points out Darnell for the crimes she committed against men and those who would not bow down to her. Condemning her, the Spectre transforms Darnell into glass and shatters her, effectively killing the Star Sapphire.

Pamela Lillian Isley was an attractive and talented botanist who lived in Seattle. She became seduced by a criminal named Marc LeGrande, who needed her to assist him in stealing an Egyptian artifact with an ancient herb inside it. After the crime was committed, Legrande decided that Isley knew too much to be allowed to live, so he poisoned her with the herb inside the artifact.

Fortunately for Isley, she survived and became immune to all manner of toxins and diseases. She realized that she was completely unaffected by certain plant-based hypnotic toxins that she could use to control others. Calling herself Poison Ivy, she began wearing a revealing green plant-like costume and turned to a life of crime, combining her natural allure with hypnotic plant toxins in order to manipulate people (particularly men) into doing her bidding. After moving to Gotham City, she inevitably came into conflict with Gotham's greatest crime-fighter, Batman. Ivy nearly seduced Batman into becoming her partner-in-crime during their first encounter, and went on to become one of his most dangerous foes.

Born Harleen Quinzel, Harley's mother is somewhat harsh , but she is also a forgiving lady, who constantly calls Harley evil and compares her to other heroes. Harley's younger brother is a dead beat with children from at least two different women and, he still lives in his mothers house. Harley apparently sent him several large sums of money to get his life on track, but he squandered it. Harley's father is a criminal con-man, known for squandering women of their money with his charm. Harley states that the main reason she became a psychiatrist was so she could understand why her father did what he did to their family.

Harley’s origin was adapted from the Batman: The Animated Series episode and comic entitled Mad Love. The story starts off with Dr Harleen Quinzel working as an intern in Arkham Asylum. She discovered the Joker and quickly became fascinated with his insane motives. She voluntarily asked for a chance to analyze him. During one of their sessions the Joker tells her about his tragic past and how his father abused him. She gained sympathy for him and quickly fell in love with him. She helped the Joker escape dressed up a the Harley Quinn. So, started her career as the Joker's sidekick.

Later, Harley finds out that everything the Joker had told her was most likely a lie or scam. He was deliberately telling her what she wanted to hear to endear himself to her. This is something that Joker does to Harley all throughout their relationship. She knows this and continually tries to leave him but like an abused spouse, she just keeps going back to him. Of course Harley gets her license revoked when her superior Joan Leland finds out she is the one who released the Joker.

Eventually Harley got caught by Batman and she is put in a cell at Arkham - she is able to escape time and time again. One time she was able to escape Arkham when an earthquake hit, and she soon rejoined up with the Joker and helped him in his crimes. Later, in another retelling of her origin it is explained that she was a psychology student working part time as a stripper to pay her bills. Ever since the beginning of her relationship with the Joker, Harley has played a very submissive role. She has often been used and abused by the Joker to the point where her life has been threatened on several occasions. Yet she remains faithful to her man and stands by him when things go wrong. Their relationship is quite strange, as the Joker rarely shows any affection towards her.

Sandra Woosan was the goddaughter of the martial arts expert, O-Sensei. When Sandra Woosan’s sister was killed, a man approached her and convinced her that a man named Richard Dragon killed her sister. Sandra became determined to avenge her dead sister, but knew that she had to train. While training, Sandra discovered that she had a natural talent for the skills and movements that is required in martial arts.

She began training for years and eventually felt that she is ready to find Dragon and avenge her sister. Sandra then decided to take up the code-name Shiva. She eventually tracked Dragon down and lured him into a trap. However, Dragon tells Shiva that he did not kill her sister and the man that told her to do that was someone that worked for him and wanted Dragon dead. He then explains who the real killer was and that he already killed him in a battle. Shiva realizes that she has no more purpose in life and all the training had become a waste. She decided to aid Dragon in some of his missions because all she knew was how to fight. Dragon lets her come along in hopes that she would decide to want to use her skills for good. After awhile, Dragon decided to retire and Shiva pursued a path to find her existence in life. She partners with Dragon and Ben Turner, The Bronze Tiger and go on numerous missions for the mysterious G.O.O.D.

She again came to prominence when she was contracted by Reverend Jeremiah Hatch to kill Vic Sage, the reporter who was also the super hero The Question, for his reporting that was causing political unrest. She beat Vic Sage and later dumped him into a river. She was impressed with his fighting spirit and saved him from his imminent death. She sent him to see Richard Dragon, who trained the Question to be a more effective fighter

Enigma, the Riddler's Daughter, has been a member of both the Teen Titans and the Titans East. She has been the heroic and criminal partner of Duela Dent, the Joker's Daughter.

The inquisitive teen known as Enigma has been both a friend and a foe to the Teen Titans. Also going by the moniker of the Riddler's Daughter, Enigma first joined the Titans alongside Duela Dent, the Joker's Daughter. Enigma's tenure on the team was short, and she was later offered a place on Deathstroke's Titans East alongside Duela. Enigma hoped to gain some recognition from her father by joining Titans East and taking down the Titans.
Enigma and Duela broke into Belle Reve Prison and disabled the security system, giving their teammates time to capture Titans Cyborg and Miss Martian. The two were put in charge of psychologically torturing Raven, when Duela turned on Enigma and punched her out. Enigma joined her teammates in bringing down the rest of the Titans when some of the older Titans joined the battle. Enigma was soundly defeated by Duela and Beast Boy.

Recently, Enigma has appeared alongside The Riddler while fighting Batman.

Talia al Ghul played an important part in this particular story arc. As Ra's al Ghul had long been believed to be dead since Death of the Maidens, Talia had been educating Damian in the stories of his family and the history of the League of Assassins. Behind the scenes, White Ghost, a loyal servant of Ra's al Ghul, was preparing a Lazarus Pit for Damian. The objective behind this was not to revive anyone, but rather, transfer a life-force into Damian's body; Ra's al Ghul's lifeforce. Talia was deceived into believing that the Pit would be used to resurrect Ra's, and her duty was to prepare Damian to meet his grandfather so that he may one day inherit the League. After a number of days, Ra's finally revealed that he was not dead, but his body was a carcass, decaying away. He could not heal himself with the Lazarus Pit alone, he needed a life-force - he needed Damian. However, Talia soon saw through the plans of White Ghost and her father and managed to buy enough time for Damian to escape. In punishment, Ra's had Talia imprisoned so that she could not further meddle in his plans.

Enter Batman, who had been tracking the White Ghost. He came across Talia and freed her, whereupon Talia explained to her beloved that Ra's was intent on capturing Damian. She asked him to return to Gotham to protect him, but Bruce refused, stating that he was more than capable of handling himself. Instead, he contacted Nightwing to watch over Damian, who had returned to Wayne Manor. Nightwing returned just in time to find a League of ninjas attacking Tim Drake and Damian Wayne. Nightwing was unable to save Damian and Tim as he had to save the lives of mercenaries that Talia hired from being poisoned. Meanwhile, Talia and Bruce journeyed across the mountains of Tibet, tracking White Ghost and Ra's al Ghul. During this search, they came under attack by League ninjas, but managed to fend them off with some timely assistance by the old man I-Ching. During this fight, Batman and Talia shared an intimate moment reminiscent of their past relationship. Talia had been wounded, and Batman provided medical assistance.

Eventually they discovered Ra's' hideout in the mountains and fell into Ra's trap. Ra's gave Batman the choice of two options, to choose which young boy's body Ra's stole; Tim Drake or Damian Wayne. However, Batman out-bargained Ra's by promising to take him to the Fountain of Life in Nanda Parbat. Ra's agrees and, in an odd moment, Batman and Ra's join the same team to not only stop The Sensei from reaching the Fountain, but also to ensure that Ra's does not die. During their travel, they share an interesting conversation in regards to the respect they hold for each other. Once at the top of Nanda Parbat, Batman engages in battle with The Sensei's Legion of Death, whereupon he, to his own surprise, takes them down within a matter of seconds - his exact words are "I just took down Sensei's Legion of Death in a matter of seconds. I know I'm good, but I'm not that good". Once Ra's and Batman find the Fountain, they see Sensei guarding it, who reveals himself to be Ra's al Ghul's father. Ra's attacks Sensei, who impales him in a second, and then attacks Batman. Batman is severely outclassed in this fight and has his arm broken and is impaled by Sensei's staff. Sensei claims that he needs less than a minute to beat Batman, but that is his downfall, as Batman lasts longer than a minute, draining Sensei's stamina. Batman eventually tackles Sensei into the Fountain, whereupon he (Batman) is healed of his wounds and the Sensei perishes (supposedly it is due to his murderous nature).

Meanwhile Talia manages to help free Damian and Tim and they fight off League assassins. During the escape, Tim pulls Talia up and questions her about the Pits and their ability to raise the dead. She admits that they have that ability and that he would be able to see his parents again, but she warns him that Ra's always has an ulterior motive. Tim leaves Talia to find Damian. Eventually Tim comes across the Lazarus Pit and is prepared to give up his life as Robin and join Ra's in order to see his parents again. He is promptly stopped by Dick and the two enter into a fight. Outside the chamber, Talia is fighting off Assassins who are not obeying her commands. Eventually Dick and Tim are brought back to sense by I-Ching and Tim admits he was doing the wrong thing. The three leave the chamber and are wondering where to go from here when Talia appears, covered in blood and carrying weaponry. Nightwing comments "There are times when I wonder what Bruce ever saw in here ... and then there are times like this." Talia leads them to Nanda Parbat. Eventually the entire Bat Family is reunited atop Nanda Parbat and manage to prevent Ra's from stealing Damian's body. However, Ra's has a contingency plan.

White Ghost, who's name is Dusan, is then taken over by Ra's and the al Ghul is finally resurrected. Batman then speculates that he must have been a blood relative, which Ra's confirms - his son. Then an all out war begins, Batman's family versus Ra's and the League. Talia actually fights on the Bat Family's side, once again choosing her loyalty for Bruce and Damian over her father. During the fight, she incapacitates Damian, to which Bruce questions. She replies promptly that "You will die here today. Allow me to save the only legacy of the man I once loved." Talia then leaves with an unconscious Damian and she does not appear again in the series

Duela Dent first appeared baffling and confounding Robin. Calling herself the Joker's Daughter, and dressing in his distinct purple pin-striped suits, she vowed to Robin that she would figure out his secret identity while he tried to figure out hers. In the following months, Robin would meet various masked female opponents claiming to be the daughter of some of Gotham City's more illustrious criminals, like the Penguin, Scarecrow, Catwomanand the Riddler. Robin would ultimately find out that it was actually Duela Dent each time they crossed paths.

HarlequinDuela was able to determine Robin's real identity, Dick Grayson, and used this knowledge to get his help in joining the Teen Titans, a team of teenage superheroes in which Robin was a member. She claimed she wanted to atone for her father's crimes.Duela also revealed her real name and that she was actually the daughter of Two-Face to Robin, and explained that she wanted to join the Titans to make reparations for her father's criminal behavior. Duela Dent created the identity of the Harlequin and donned a new costume when she joined the team, but was only a member briefly before the Titans disbanded. For a short time, she called herself Card Queen and eventually showed up at the wedding of Donna Troy without a mask, looking much older, and revealed that she was too old to be Two-Face's daughter. She disappeared during the events of the Crisis of Infinite Earths

A villain from the DC Animated Universe. The result of a clandestine mutagenic experiment, Inque is a treacherous shape-shifting femme fatale. She has the ability to transform from her natural human form into a pitch-black, semi-liquid state, in which she can slip through the smallest crack, mimic any object, or harden herself to deliver a mean wallop in a fight. Inque's knack for sliding under doors and through narrow air vents made her a perfect corporate saboteur for hire, an occupation that had Interpol on her tail for years. But more recently, after being briefly captured by Batman and the elder Bruce Wayne, Inque has set aside her usual job to dedicate herself to shutting the pair down for good.

When Inque was a child she lived a hard life in poverty so she participated in a mutagenic experiment that turned her into a black liquid polimorph. At some point she gave birth to a girl named Deanna Clay. Inque abandoned her but continued sending money into Deanna's Bank accounts.

Inque first met the Batmans when she was working for Derek Powers, the CEO of Wayne Powers. She worked as an industrial saboteur when she faced Batman (Terry McGinnis) , when they met the third time she entered into the Batcave. She was defeated by Brce Wayne and Terry when he inmobilized her in a block of ice with Mr. Freeze's gun.

Inque escaped from the ice with the help of Aaron Herbst. Batman tried to stop her once again with Freeze's gu but she destroyed it and escaped. After cured herself with the help of Aaron she betrayed him. Inque captured Batman but Bruce appeared with a Batman exo suit and battled her. She was defeated when Terry smahed a window when was raining outside and Inque was washed into the sewers.

Inque pulls herself together, after Aaron Herbst's failure, thanks to an elusive scientist named Dr. Melwyn. Melwyn planted fail-safes inside of Inque to forcibly gain her compliance and instructs Inque to download data from Gamma Tech to his remote server then delete it because the data contains research on bio-technology. When Inque breaks in, she trips a silent alarm that alerts Terry. Inque overwhelms Terry when he arrives and leaves him with the facility's security to take the rap for the break in.

Terry meets up with Bruce at the Batcave and Bruce tells Terry about something unique in Inque's physiology. Bruce had gathered a piece of Inque after his last encounter with her and discovered that any part of Inque can be inert at onepoint or it can be active as if it has a kinetic bond with Inque. As Bruce looked inside the vile that had Inque's essence, Terry notices jolts of electricity inside the vile as well.

The reason behind the agitation in Inque's essence within the vile was attributed to the actual pain that Inque was suffering because Melwyn was angry at Inque's foolishness to let the Batman get involved. Melwyn gives Inque a second chance by telling her to head to Gotham's General Hospital and eliminate Xercan Moldavo, the head scientist who created the bio-technology that Inque had stolen.

Meanwhile, Bruce gives Terry the vile with Inque's essence so that he can use it as a compass because which ever direction the essence wants to go, Terry will follow and eventually the kinetic bond that Inque has to her essence will lead Terry to Inque. Terry follows the essence to Gotham General Hospital and Terry defeats Inque before she can get to Xercan, by using a defibrillator but Terry's view towards Inque changes when she pleads for help.

Inque destroys the defibrillator and escapes. Terry uses the essence as a compass again and finds Melwyn's laboratory. Inque is tortured further for her latest failure but Terry arrives to the rescue. Melwyn demonstrated his ability to manipulate things like animals or Inque through bio implants in his body as well as his mind. The implants are similar to Terry's batsuit which give him enhanced strength and abilities but Melwyn's implants generate an energy field. At first, Terry didn't stand a chance until Inque melded with the fibers of Terry's bat suit. With their combined strength, Terry sucker punched Melwyn into a high voltage fuse box.

Inque detached from Terry and expressed her gratitude but Melwyn got his revenge by using a flame thrower on Inque before Terry knocked him out permanently. Terry assumes that Inque evaporated after being burnt but she simply grafted herself to the pelt of an albino gorilla, making him look like an ordinary ape. When the animal rescue team arrived to help the scientist's animal test subjects, Inque surprised a member of the rescue team and grafted herself to the member. It was at this point that Inque realized she could mentally control people by binding herself to someone else's skin.

Inque can no longer hold herself together without clinging to a host like a parasite. The upside for her is Inque can control her host's actions but she has difficulty controlling the individual's thoughts. A string of heists occur throughout Gotham where reports of a shadowy figure makes off with hard currency like diamonds or rare coins in order to avoid any trace of ownership. The only thing is the authorities can't narrow down any potential suspects because each time they or Terry apprehends one of the thieves, the individual has lost their shadowy disguise and they have no recollection of the robbery.

Terry deduces that the disguise has tensile strength like steel, it is pliable thereby allowing the robber to be agile and it must be toxic as well as disposable since the robber suffers from temporary amnesia after ditching the suit. Bruce, of course, thinks its more complex than that so he makes a list of private collectors that have not been robbed yet. While scouring the city, Terry is alerted by an alarm at Gotham's First National Bank. Terry receives a message from the police band stating a Miss Hammersmith has broken into several safety deposit boxes and is trying to make off with the goods.

Terry arrives to witness Inque in action. Inque detaches herself from Miss Hammersmith after her cover was blown and grafts herself to Freddie, one of the bank's security guards. Terry tries to seperate Inque from the guard but Inque makes an attempt to attach herself to Terry's suit again. Terry stops her by breaking a fire hydrant and the water hoses down Inque which causes her to lose consistency. Inque doesn't leave any trace of herself for Batman to follow. Fortunately, Terry still has the compass with Inque's essence so it can point him in the right direction.

Terry finds Inque at the newly constructed Gotham Med Labs where she has Dr. Melwyn under her heel now. Inque reveals that Melwyn was responsible for creating the mutagens that altered Inque's body. Melwyn warns Inque that since her biochemistry has taken too many assaults from water, electricity and freezing, the new mutagen he has developed may not work or it can create an imbalance in her cohesion which could cause her to solidify into a statue or liquefy into nothing. Inque was willing to take the risk and she ingested the formula.

The mutagen appeared to work because Inque could no longer shapeshift at will anymore. Terry arrives and tries to convince Melwyn as well as Inque to turn themselves in. Inque refuses and starts a chemical fire that will engulf the entire facility. An explosion causes Inque to fall over the edge of a balcony. Terry pleads with Inque to reach for his hand but Inque chose to fall to her death. Terry rescues Melwyn and takes him to the authorities. As for Inque, she survived her fall because Melwyn's formula didn't restore her humanity but it did make her cohesion stable. Like Catwoman, Inque can't be killed.

While the courts debate on whether or not Harvey Dent is capable of standing trial, Kate Spencer aka Manhunter has a sit down with Jane Doe. Kate offers Jane a deal that if she testifies against Two-Face's insanity plea then Doe’s sentence will be reduced to life imprisonment and Kate will take the death penalty off the table. Doe tells Kate that she’ll have to think about it because the night before this meeting, an Arkham guard led Doe to Two-Face’s cell, where he has a counter offer waiting for Jane. Hush also pays Jane a visit at Arkham as Bruce Wayne. Hush influences the parole board at Arkham to release Jane Doe so that he can use her in his plan against Batman but she later escapes because she knows how Hush rewards his allies.

As it turns out, Jane Doe had killed Jeffrey Carter, Hush's impending hostage that he would use against Batman. Jane figured that if she posed as Carter then she would be captured thus allowing her to get close to Hush and steal Hush's persona as Bruce Wayne. Jane's plan was to become Bruce Wayne and take control of a multi-billion dollar industry. Unfortunately, Batman arrives and puts an end to her plan. On the bright side, Jane maimed Hush's face so severely that Hush could no longer pose as Bruce Wayne ever again or anyone for that matter.

Tanya Sealy was born in Chicago. A former call girl, she was chosen under unknown circumstances by Roxxon Oil Company to partake in a covert operation to retrieve the mystical Serpent Crown. The executives at Roxxon had a device surgically implanted in Sealy's brain which granted her superhuman abilities. Working together with three other snake-themed villains, Sidewinder, Anaconda, and Death Adder, she became a founding member of the Serpent Squad. During her first mission, Black Mamba nearly overcame the Fantastic Four's Thing, but was defeated. She also encountered Iron Man while searching for a powerful weapon known as the microscanner.
Invited by Sidewinder to join his criminal organization, the Serpent Society, Black Mamba accepted. Before working with Roxxon, she was a call-girl, and while the money was satisfying, it was not a steady income, so she jumped at the opportunity to earn vast amounts of money with Sidewinder. While in the Serpent Society, Black Mamba gained great friendships in Diamondback and the Asp, and also became romantically involved with Sidewinder. During Viper's infiltration of the group, Black Mamba stood loyally with Sidewinder, which Viper was ready to kill her for. When Diamondback turned over a new leaf, it sparked something in Black Mamba. She joined her friends Diamondback and Asp in forming BAD Girls, Inc. and worked several mercenary-for-hire missions. She also briefly served in Superia's all-female group, the Femizons, but betrayed the group to aid Captain America and Paladin. Regardless, she was a villainess and was not above committing evil acts, such as when she led a drugged Hercules to be ambushed by the Masters of Evil.

For some time, Black Mamba served in Crimson Cowl's Masters of Evil in hopes of a large profit, battling the Thunderbolts. She eventually went back to the Serpent Society for a very short time, and then left to be with Diamondback and Asp and continue to do missions as the B.A.D. Girls. During one mission, to find the "Dominus Objective," Black Mamba severely embarrassed Deadpool when she revealed his darkest fantasy—to give a back massage to his partner in crime, Cable (although her power similarly affected everyone she used it on in this appearance).[volume & issue needed] She also fought Luke Cage and Iron Fist, and was shocked to realize her group had been hired by Cable himself.
