Present highlight of the career was first smashing a lineman with a badly hurt result followed by pushing a gutter runner into the crowd where he was promptly torn apart by the fans and killed. Sadly for Mortarion he didn't even get to keep a part of his opponent as a trophy.

After something of a dry spell Mortarion finally returned to form in a brutal match against the skaven team of Neverwher, where the opponent was well and truly smashed apart, thanks in part to Mortarion's performance. He left a trail of damaged opponents behind him finally ending with a bone-crunching hit on an opposing lineman that left him unable to continue.

When Fulgrim was given the MVP for the game after a somewhat forgettable performance in the season opener against the Chevaliers Bordeleaux many of the fans thought the jury had simply given the prize out at random. Apparently the jury saw something in Fulgrim that the fans didn't, for he has been delivering a top-tier performance ever since.

First he had the hit of the night in a match against the Ratas Pardas, followed by a second MVP nomination in two games. and then continued on to deliver the opening touchdown against Big Mutant All-Stars. He was kept off the scoreboard in the next match but returned with a vengeance by first scoring a touchdown in the match against Neverwher and then laying the groundwork for the last minute touchdown that decided the game. With his star firmly on the rise, fans are eagerly waiting to see what hits he will deliver next.

Many players would have baulked at the receiving end of the kind of bloodbath that the aptly named Simplifiers delivered on Arcanists, but Fulgrim decided to deal at least some of the hurt back. With a devastating hit he took their star beastman all the way to the death's door, but luckily for him, their team apothecary was able to patch him up together.

Fulgrim was at it again in a tight match against the lizardman team Ego Brains where he exacted revenge against renowned dirty player Zuzze Zonk by lifting him up and then smashing him down on the ground head first. This hit took Zuzze to the brink and smashed his neck with the team apothecary unable to help with the injury due to its severity.

In the very first match with the present group of players he got the ball straight out of the kick-off and then spent a good quarter of the match carrying the ball little by little towards the opponents endzone. Thankfully he got the score before the clock ran out.

Highlight block of the career was against Deadman Raises, where he buried his fist into a zombie so far down his neck that he hit the hip bone. Luckily for the zombie this display of needless brutality had no lasting effects unless you count the odd gait he has acquired due to the damage to his hip.

It was again a strange match that the Arcanists found themselves in when they went up against the San Jose Baggers. The crowd was ripping their players apart and no matter what they did the enemy seemed to be completely unfazed. Until from seemingly out of nowhere the Gods of Chaos smiled on the team and smote Baggers with a torrent of bad luck. First their ball carrier trips on his own hooves just as he was about to score and he sent the ball careening into the end sections of the stadium where eager fans took the ball and threw it all the way to the center of the pitch. It was there that Angron was recovering from a horrible hit when he suddenly heard the ball land right next to him. He stood up, ran over to the ball and sent it further down the pitch into the waiting hands of Bloodgore who went on to score the tying goal. Unbelievable things can happen.

Highlight of the career came when he successfully sacked the QB of the opposing Skaven team and managed to steal the ball before the rest of the team could react. After a grueling assault by whatever Skaven players had survived the melee at the line of scrimmage he scored the touchdown that decided the match.

His recent focus on agility training paid off since the icy field of Dead Sun Rise's home pitch proved to be no trouble for Gorehorn. He pulled off a stellar all-round performance both in offense and defense, easily bagging the jury vote for most valuable player on the team.

It was a strange match that Arcanists found themselves in when they went up against the Simplifiers. As odd as it was for their fans to see, they were on the receiving end rather than on the delivering end of some brutal hits that left most of the team lying in tiny pieces in the dugout. In the case of poor Magnus the Red it proved to be a fatal match. In the midst of all this strangeness, Gorehorn saw his chance to make it to the history books and in a performance for the ages he managed to throw a pinpoint pass to his waiting teammate in Simplifiers endzone, thus scoring the lone touchdown for Arcanists.

Gorehorn was at it again in a tight match against Ego Brains where he managed to grasp the ball from a great flurry of people and then ran all the way to the opponent's endzone, slowing down only to take a breath before finally crossing the finishing line just as a huge saurus was tearing down on him. Things are certainly looking up for him with the sky seemingly the only limit.

Team veteran Bloodgore finally made it on the scoreboard with a strong showing against Ego Brains that saw him score a highly contested touchdown in the first half and then follow it up with getting the MVP nomination for the match. As Bloodgore has been struggling mightily in his matches, fans hope that this could be the release he needs to get the monkey off his back.

Apparently something has been watching Bloodgore's back, for he got exceedingly lucky in the following match against the San Jose Baggers where he got the ball from a toss by Angron of all the people and went on to run the length of the endzone before slipping out of the enemy's grasp and scoring the tying goal. It was an unbelievable performance that left sports fans speechless.

Ripfang finally opened up his scoring in a recent match against Dead Sun Rise after a hard-fought battle near their endzone where he was smashed to the ground but he managed to rise to the occasion and first grab the ball and then find enough traction on the icy playing field to reach the endzone on his last legs. This proved to be the decisive goal in the match and the team is hopeful this will be a sign of the future after such a slow start.

The aforementioned future took some time to arrive, but finally came with a vengeance that left the opposing team of Neverwher in tatters. The brunt of the assault was borne by a single lineman who took such a hit that he will not walk the same anymore. Ripfang is unapologetic though and all signs point to a more active presence both on the pitch and off it.

Present career highlight is a great hit on Big Mutant All-Stars player Beastie-Two, a hit so bad that it ended up causing his early retirement from the team and the sport in general. The fact that this brutal hit was dealt on a member of his own race doesn't seem to faze his team-mates, who are eagerly waiting to see who he thrashes next.

Thrashie is turning out to be the most unpredictable player on the team with some absolutely baffling plays. While their results are as unpredictable as the plays he makes, that makes him for an entertaining player and he is quickly turning into something of a fan-favorite with his unorthodox thinking. A great example of this could be seen in the match against Neverwher where he decided in the closing moments of the second half to prevent the game from ending up as a draw and created a strange passing play out of practically nothing. Nobody knows what he plans to do next, but he will appear on the pitch for many a game, that much is certain.

It was a strange match for most players when Arcanists went up against the San Jose Baggers, but even stranger for Thrashie who spent most of the match outside the pitch yet he still received the MVP for the match. In a match so tainted by Chaos Gods I guess it was to be expected that nothing would come out looking like a rational choice.

Present highlight of the career was the hit that smashed a human catcher of the Chevaliers de Bordeleux out of the entire match. When this feat was followed by a highlight performance against Big Mutant All-Stars all signs point to a great career.

After a short dry spell Riphoof returned to form against the skaven team of Neverwher where he scored the decisive touchdown in the closing seconds of the second half. The fact that on the way there he also got to knock out one of the opposing players with a mauling blow was just icing on the cake.

He wasn't actually actively looking for the ball, it was handed to him, but once he got it he wasn't going to look back. With a rush of half the field he scored in the penultimate moments of the second half ensuring victory against Chevaliers de Bordeleux in the opening match for the present team.

A great, but peculiar performance against Ratas Pardas ended up bagging him the MVP for that match was a sign of things to come, for he followed it with an astounding feat for a beastman: he pulled off an intercept while hugged by two chaos warriors from Big Mutant All-Stars. As everybody on the pitch was looking on dumbfounded the referee ended the half, leaving the effect of this feat smaller on the pitch than outside the pitch, where it ended up as the highlight of the week.

After his great albeit strange feat of intercepting an opponent's pass, Stabgor laid low for a long while and some fans even speculated that singular feat would end up as the highlight of his career. Apparently he had only been waiting for his chance for he went above and beyond the call with a great play where he first gored his handler down with his horns and then followed it up with a great run for the endzone where he got the ball from Gorehorn. It remains to be seen whether this was a sign of things to come or yet again a single spark in the darkness.

Jump Up
He might be a bit clumsy, tripping over his own feet while going for it. He might be a bit uncontrollable, ignoring orders to throw a block at the guy right next to him for several turns in a row. He might even be a bit lazy, having huge trouble standing up to move or even blitz an opponent. But when his blood boils and the red mist overtakes his vision, he will leave no-one standing, sending Big Mutant All-Stars' star blocker Tentacle (S5 warrior) straight out of the game after a brief but exceedingly brutal head-butting contest in his first match for the team.

He continued his rampage by ripping off a zombie players foot in a match against Deadman Raises, but after deciding he doesn't like the taste of rotting flesh as much as he had hope, he threw it in their dugout, where it was promptly reattached.

Apparently some of the blocking lessons the offense coach has been shouting to Biggoretusk "Biggie" Thrashhoof have paid off, since he continued with a luminous performance against Dead Man Rises: first smashing their rookie blocker out of the game with a bad injury and then moving on to break the leg of one of their veteran hobgoblin players, necessitating a serious recovery period.

Fans of the team had been wondering how long it would take for Biggie to get his first MVP. It seemed to be hanging in the air, along with several limbs from his victims, after all those highlight reel blocks. Finally in a match against the crafty skaven team of Neverwher did he get it, after a showing that included a massive hit that the poor bastard on the receiving end had to be stiched back together by an apothecary to stay among the living.

Biggie continues to be a presence on the field, again smashing an opposing player into tiny pieces just as the game started. Sadly his rampage ended up leaving him susceptible to being pushed off the pitch and that is just what the opposing team did, throwing him out of the field after several failed attempts where he was set upon by Baggers fans and he got a nasty injury in the legs. He gave as good as he got though, although that might have been the reason the wandering apothecary could do nothing for the injury.
