The MVP of the team, Veronica's talents are evident. She's a true two-way player, a defensive game-changer who does more than her share on offense. Able to get virtually anywhere on the field and do virtually anything when she arrived, only injury can keep her from legendary status.

Emily scored a touchdown in her first ever game, but really proved her value her second time out. In the opening round of the Wheel of Chaos, she scored two touchdowns and added a casualty, leading a depleted Wives team to the upset over some very nasty orcs. Her second-round sprint down the sideline after a desperate stab bounced the ball to Veronica is the stuff of legend. She's not the first Wife to excel in agility, and she won't be the last, but right now the future looks extra-bright for her.

Wives with Knives fans know it by only one name: "The Stab." In the second half of the team's 2014 Wheel of Chaos opener, things looked bleak. The orcs of Blood and Grass had knocked out over half the team, killing three. They were caged up and marching down the field, ready to score the tying TD with plenty of time to spare. Then, rolling out of the midfield scrum, a flash of light -- Mick and his knife, dodging INTO the cage, stabbing the opponent off the pitch and bouncing the ball off his own elbow into the open field in one fluid motion. Witch elf Veronica sped in to pass the ball off for the touchdown... and in one split second, an unremarkable veteran became the author of Blood Bowl history.
