The new season kicks off Friday 28th October. The group will be cleared so if you want to take part be sure to sign up your teams again.

This is an open league so play any tournament member in any order whenever you can.
Play as many or as few games as you can. (Though people who play regularly may get precedence when places are short)

Any [L]eague division team may apply.

You may sign up two teams but specify in the forum thread which you prefer to use. The second team will only get to play if there are enough open slots. The coaches who play the most games are most likely to have their second team accepted.

All four house rules will be in use as before.

Sneaky Git functions like Guard on foul assists.
+1 on the foul armour roll if the fouling player is not interfered.
Right Stuff prevents the Tackle skill when blocked.
Piling On rerolls do not get modified by skills.

You will have a month to play as many games as possible.

Search for games or drop in for a chat in #houserules.

I like this. I really don't have the time for it, but I like it.

DBL is DFFL now, sorry [DFFL] and I think they are doing the pile on house rule. Anyway it must be popular as they have a huge amount of participants this season.

Correct.

You do not have to compete for a league title.

You can just play 'one off' games whenever you like.

It has to be set up as a 'league' to be able to apply the house rules.

Though we could also have smacks or mini 4 team smacks.

We are running with the House Rules on the NIBBLE league. Neither the +1 for the fouler or the right stuff negates tackle on blocks has worked as of yet. Cann't comment on the sneaky git or piling on mods, but I'd be interested to hear if you have any more luck.

I'm part of the group and I like it, but do you think it helps that much to spam the same stuff over and over again? :0

Edit: Instead we could get a little discussion up. That way the thread stays up and we don't have to read the same stuff over and over again. Wink

Let's start:

What do the stunty players think about beeing not affected by tackle? Playing some kind of weird Orc team with 4 goblins and didn't face tackle until now. But I imagine it to be a great boost.

Heh heh heh.

Feel free to add plenty of non boring stuff. Wink

Just to be clear it's right stuff that negates tackle not stunty. So Nobbla, chain saws etc going down is NOT a bug. Wink
