Not sure how the mechanics would work, but would thick skull make thralls harder to injure when bitten? |

Bite is a normal injury roll* so yes thick skull would work and a result of an 8 becomes a stun instead of a KO.
* although all CAS are only badly hurts |

Yes thick skull applies on all injury rolls. But, it's not worth the skill roll; 75% cost increase for a slightly better chance to stay on the field. |

I agree. In my opinion, thralls are not worth skilling except for those tipical thrall skills, that is: dp and kick and the odd wrestle here and there...
They come wtih what you need for them. Low value and blood. ;P |

I had it but it wasn't worth it.
Guard is better.
Skilled thralls are very useful to annoy the opponent, if you get a Guard one and some Wrestle/Block you may do LoS blocks without using vampires, which reduces Bloodlust rolls.. Dodge ain't bad too, but nothing negates Guard |
