Just wondering what happens after I have reported someone for willingly leaving a game and then refuses to reload. |

Heh. It will probably depend on:
a) if they have a history of doing this.
b) which admin handles the complaint.
c) what mood the admin in quesiton is in.
Ideally they would at least get their account blocked for a while... |

Just report them - with that story, there is a pretty good chance that the team will be retired. |

A little question an that:
Is it possible, the if I send the Savegame, they give me my SPP?
I don´t want him to be banned, I want my 3 TD an 2 CAS to count for my team, or have I to fear every Game, that I played 60-90 min. for nothing? |

That does happen every now and then. Unfortunately, you won't get those SPPs as the match wasn't finished. I know its darn annoying to play for an hour and then the opponent decides to leave deliberately.
Report him.
I hope all reported teams are retired. If the delibrate quitting continues, the player should be banned... or given to trolls for lunch. |

In my experience the consequences usually match the administrators feelings towards the offending coach.
I once played a game against a coach who blatently refused to finish the match.
"I wanted a game of bloodbowl - not a fouling match!" were his exact words, seconds before he exited the game and refused to play on. Upon informing a certain well known figure I was told "He's a good guy - he'll be back on"
Sadly, he never did return and got off scot free!!
Can't quite remember the Wood Elf teams name - something fire.... hmmmm I wonder.
I apply for the new position - Chief of Security.
