On July the 2nd I will be cycling to the Carrot Crunch to raise money for Oxfam.

I'll be starting in Winchester and the Carrot Crunch is in Newton Green, a village very close to Sudbury.... about 140 cycling miles from Winchester! It is intended to be a tough challenge and I'm expecting to be cycling for the best part of a day.

Plenty of things could go wrong but hopefully they shouldnt. I imagine that many of the roads in London are busy but I have plenty of experience cycling on difficult and unfamiliar roads. Even the notorious drivers of Essex only have me slightly worried.

The BloodBowl tournament is going to be a big motivator when the going gets tough. Cider, burgers, sausages, last year it was fantastic and I can taste it already. If you havent gone before then you should! I'm looking forward to meeting hogshine again as well as pigstar (nice but dim) and even Russo. An early start wont feel so bad with such good things at the finish.

Please read more and donate.

I'll get back to you on that. For now you will have to make do with a provisional "no" Wink

Just donated, madness of this level deserves it. Furthest I've ever cycled in a day is 80 miles, and that took all day...

Phil was out playing with the pretty Lizards spubb painted for me yesterday, and thus forgot. 3-1 to the good guys.

I'll stump up tonight, promise.
