Plus 7 is lucky, did you consider that?

5-5 is less likely than 6-4 or 4-6, but there are only four doubles besides 5-5 that could make me take Dodge. If one systematically takes MA on a 5-5 the odds are just 25% bigger to get a double than to take MA.

I'm torn because 7MA gives a better 2-turns TD threat but Dodge seems better defensively.

I am 51:49 in favour of dodge over +MA. Use the other freak to carry when you need the speed and this one to carry when you are going to need the maneuverability that dodge affords.

I voted dodge. While 2x 7MA/AG4 is undoubtedly great for a 2-turn, an Ag4 with inbuilt dodge reroll/blodge is absolutely a first class receiver in his own right for a 2-turn.

That said, this is pretty much down to personal playstyle/preference, because not only are you picking the skill that has the biggest impact for you immediately, but you're doing so knowing that you will lose this player eventually even if he does not die/get permed. So you've got to pick whichever has the biggest impact for you personally.

The best defensive skill is of course Leap.

Since I already haz blodgers, overburdening tacklers would make sense.

Tough.

But Dodge AND Two Heads is almost as good as Leap and VLL. So that could be my selling point right there.

Any time you have no rerolls it will be the other way around. Take dodge now and its instant protection from being hit by any old chump and gives him safe movement out of most TZs. Leap and you will be filling your pants everytime you roll that 3+ until you get VLL, and even a bit after that.

It might come down to how disciplined a player you are when it comes to rr management and aggressive use of leap. If you are all guns blazing, rr burning, dice roller leap will get this fella maimed.

I agree, m0gw41. I excluded Leap because it might not be worth the risk. The team doesn't have to steal points. It already does quite well, except during Bowl games and against Ogres.

Dodge is safer than MA, and adds the threat to steal the ball.

I think it's a sell.

How does the terminology work, Jackass - Rookie, Sophomore, Junior, Senior?

EDIT - Found it: "freshman".

Correct.

I think this guy's a Junior. He's got enough games under his belt.

I've updated the team's status, and added some images I already did.

What's the Greyshirt/Redshirt thing, again?

If you don't earn any SPP in your first season, you're a Redshirt.
If you earn up to 5 SPP in your first season, starting last season, you can be a Greyshirt, but only one per team.

Greyshirt and Redshirt seasons don't count against your player's eligibility, so this way a player can play up to 5 seasons.

Thanks. I think my team is up-to-date.

It took many clicks. Next time I'll do it in the team's bio.

Leipziger got Dodge. Thanks for the input, everyone!
