Okay, coahces in the waiting.... We Have A Third A Division!!!
All divisions will run on the same schedule on the league page, however
third division (Meteorites) will have a couple extra days to complete round
one since we started a couple days before them.

I've accepted another team into the league. Coach Azmo's "In the 5 Hole" will
be our alternate in the occasion that a team quits, retires, or gets ejected for
not playing their matches.

Okay, No sooner did I make the announcement, then.....
We've had a coach retire. Wossel's team "A por el Oro" has backed
out of the league after only one game. Therefore, Coach Azmo, and
his team "In the 5 Hole" will be continueing the season in their stead.

Thanks to all coaches for getting their games in! I did not have to hand out any forfeits!
I've replaced another retired team with our "substitute team" so our league is still full.
Remember, the next deadline is Sept 7th. I will not be online as much due to a new job
which requires me to travel alot... but I will still be on enough to run this league. So if I
do not respond to a post, or PM, right away... just give it time

After playing a game against emil (a good coach I do not want to say he didn't deserve the win), he had a star, and imo, it's too powerfull on 5 on 5.
I do not blame it cause I hired the same star because of a mng (sorry aconite ) but they should be banned and hiring normal players should be allowed.

Two questions:
-Do we play with all the handicap results? Also with the I am the greatest?
-The rules say :

But, given the case (actually right now it´s possible) that one team has a missing and hired a star. Now, the other team has the 5 players ready to play. But, if now this team hired the same star player, actually it had 6 players on the roster, but the star wouldn´t show up, so only five players that really are there to field. I don´t know whether it´s a good strategy to pay so much money just to prevent the opponent to use a star, but is this allowed by the rules? |

Let's banne stars. They will becomme far to common. In a league in wish 1 injury can change all (4vs 5, hard to handle), letting strong quick movers in can blow out a team.
I propose a bane on them. |

I'll second that.
I just hired in a freebooter when I had someone out for a game. You still get a (roughly) even start for the game then. |

Hey,
Just wanted to say I know I'm a bit late but I've submitted a (nother, by the sounds!) Skaven team. I'm more than content to have them hang around in the hope that they could be involved at some point as I really like the sound of this league.
But anyways, I'll keep my eyes on this thread.
