The first (and best) Wild Card match between the Lionz and Viqueens has been set for 9pm EST Monday. This game will have something for everyone. The Queens will likely make some cash posing for a new orky themed pinup callender. While Detroit is eager to bash it's longtime rival into girl paste once and for all. Be there!

SeaRats vs 666ers in the NFC Championship!

Could we ask for a better championship game? The two NFC teams with the best record, division rivals with a lot of bad blood (spilled) between them and plenty of smack talk throughout the season to follow up on. The 666ers swept the SeaRats in the regular season but NBFL's highest ranked coach will surely bring his A-game for a shot at payback.
Date and time for the game will be announced soon. Don't miss it.

AFC Divisional Report Bulltrots Vs. Ravenitis

http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&id=3261761

The Bulltrots began the post season the same way they began the regular season, by simply trying to remove the entire opposing team. With 10 CAS and 3 killed we'd have to think that the game was a simple affair.

Not exactly...

The Bulltrots definitely showed their achilles heal, ball handling. Pick ups dropped, hand off dropped, sloppy dodging from Tom and Drew. The Ravenitis played exceptionally well, in spite of being down players for most of the 1st half, they still managed to force the Bulls to score sooner than they would have liked, or risk some heavy blitzes on Zoltan, the defacto ball handler for the team.

With 3 turns left in the 1st half the Ravenitis were able to execute a rather simple scoring drive, as Danny Thickhead tripped trying to frenzy one of their players to the sideline, and the rest of the bulls were then unable to get into any kind of position to stop Grotty on his way to the end zone.

The Bulls also found themselves kicking to a Ravenitis team with 10 players still standing to start the 2nd half, and the Ravenitis KOed Zoltan and stunned the rest of the Bulls line while setting up their drive.

However, from that point on, the Bulls blitzing tandem of Hackerson and Killoy were able to thin the Ravenits players from the field. Even so, Grotty got the ball and was looking to take a dash up the sideline, defended by Grashnak and a Warrior, the rest of the Bulls were semi tied up, and let's face it, Blockers aren't that mobile to begin with. The tide changed permanently when Grashnak double skulled a block that would have opened a decent line for Grotty to exploit. Hackerson was able to get a path cleared on Grotty and he drilled him into the ground, but the Bulls were unable to get any other players in position to surround the ball and Boldin, who was still standing near by, dodged in, grabbed the ball, and attempted a pass to Grashnak.

Of course Grashnak couldn't come up with the ball, though between him and the Warrior near by the Bulls couldn't get anyone to it either, though they did surround it, and continued to knock out Ravens in the middle of the field.

The final nail for poor coach Ritzi was Grashnak skulling another blitz, and removing himself from the pitch after he fell down. At that point with 4 turns left for the Bulls, and the Ravens down to 4 players, all Ghostkowski had to do was manage to pick up the ball.

He did, and even though his hand off attempt to Tom failed, he was able to recover on turn 7 and simply wait for turn 8 to march in for the winner.

Well played Ritzi, the dice kept on telling you that you had no chance, yet you had the ball with a reasonable shot at going up 2-1 in the 2nd half before the wheels completely fell off. Your defense in the 1st half was great as well, getting yourself 3 turns to equalize. I did have to RR many blocks, but never came up empty Smile

Further, the Bulltrots are now the only bash team left alive. Elves galore and a pack of sewer rats. NBFL coaches! Ask yourselves, should these pansy-assed elf teams even be allowed on the pitch? Root for the blood and violence, root for the team which just obliterated another opponent, removing players from the pitch as though they were flecks of dust, root for the Bulltrots!

Ya knows ya wants ta...

Oh, and as a funny aside... if you watch the game you will notice that Bull Bullichick spent nearly the entire first half simply roaring in useless rage. Eventually we sent him off for trying to foul a downed Raven in a completely gratuitous exercise in Bull violence

The Superbowl is here!!!

The game will be played Monday at 8 pm EST (= Tuesday at 1 am Fumbbl time)

The cocky and arrogant newcomers of the San Frenzysco 666ers led by coach Gracehoper against the Tennessee Elven Titans led by coach Azure, the most winning coach in NBFL.

In a league dominated by bashers these two elf teams came out on top. But who will win it all? Can the Titans pull off another improbable win against a team that looks better on paper or will the 666ers steamroll their way to a ring in their first season? Find out Monday night.

Are you ready for some blodbooooowl!

Ravenitis just announced that it wont compete in the league for the next season. The coach said he wants to see their rivals - Pactus Baltimorus struggle in this league. He said "im sure they wont win more than three games".

However with builders in jeopardy it has to be seen if any team from baltimore can be in this league for the next season. both teams have a TV below 1400 press says.

Here a bit more from the news in Baltimore:

"And things gets even worse as coach Ritzi announced that he is quite busy because of some changes in work atm - so there wont be a lot of time for any team to prepare. In any case as Ritzi wont be able to care a lot about his teams in the next two to three weeks. To make it even worse Coach Ritzi will also not be availible from the 16th to the 28th of April as he does spectate some training methods in Scotland (at least thats what he is saying - but there are a lot of people who are thinking he is over there just to drink some pint of guinness (and maybe some other drinks) in scottish pubs)..."

Well we'll keep a spot warm for you when you return ritzi Smile

And Guinness is Irish, not Scottish, you should probably drink some Whiskey while in Scotland.

Not that I've ever been to Scotland...

Smile

I dont have any plans to retiere i just want to switch from one team to another in baltimore.

However i dont know exactly how i can play at the beginning of the league because im away. If the league decides to give the spots to another coach i wont stay in the lane.

However to the more important things of life ;-: Of course i know that Guiness is Irish, but as far as i know they drink it in scotland too (and much of it). But maybe i will also drink a whisky or two Wink.

Btw - Happy St. Patricks Day (yes i know its tomorrow, but well...)!
