This is an awesome idea.
Of course I say I'm activated to encourage others. I'm not worried about picking as I usually have 8 - 12 teams of different race, tr, and ts.
I wouldn't mind if it was a private message only seen by the activating coach, or just the number of coaches activated was shown to everyone.
Too often we get 5 coaches, and I know a few that would activate if they were sure it would make. |

What if you typed like activate <names>, but instead of in public it goes to a bot pm or something and in the channel it says "1 coach active", ""2 coach active" |

How about BowlBot would just slap everyone in #fumbblblackbox and PM them to Activate! when there're only 5 coaches and say like 1 minute left!?  |

Only idea that has merit and doesn't go against the spirit of Blackbox, imo.
You see, if you could find out that there have only been two or three other coaches having activated, you might think something like:
"Ah, there's not going to be enough coaches, I'll withdraw my team."
And if you could find out who activated besides you, it would theoretically enable a form of cherrypicking as well. |

the only way i think this can be implemented is getting an activate command so all ur teams activate at once, instead of doing it manually. Thats it. No shouts from the BOT etc. |

I would like an option to put a preference as to which team you play while leaving others open as options if there are no suitable matches for your preferred team.
This would be especially helpful to people trying to get low-TS teams off the ground but I think others would welcome it too. |
