I've had:
8 - Necro, Nurgle
6 - Chaos, Dorf
5 - C-Dorf, Pact, Orc
4 - Norse, Skaven, Underworld
less than that - everyone else
out of a total of 74 games, with TV from 1000 to 1800. So far, it's been quite a nice spread of teams and styles to play against. |

I didn't count my opponents to avoid ruining the satisfied feeling I have about the distribution
I think it's just fine and that there's little difference between B and the racial distribution I have faced over 3000 games in Ranked. |

50 Matches, 6 teams, 21 different races. 7 vs. Pact. 4 vs. Necro/Norse/Nurgle/Dwarf/Orc. 3 vs. Chaos/CD. 2 vs. Slann/'Zon/Undies/Vamp. 1 vs. Ogre/Darkies/Woodies/High/Elf/Rats/Undead/Khemri/Lizzies.
No Matches, Goblins/Flings/Humans. |

I'd say it looks like more bashers. And before anyone gets uppity, I always activate all of my teams. Nurgle/'Zon/Underworld/Rats/Lizzies/Chaos |

Cat A (Brutal):
Dwarves 5
Chaos Dwarves 4
Khemri 3
Total cat A = 12
Cat B (Strong):
Chaos 4
Orc 4
Ogre
Undead 1
Total cat B = 9
Cat C (Average):
Amazon
Human
Norse 3
Nurgle 3
Total Cat C = 6
Cat D (Elf):
Dark Elf 3
High Elf
Pro Elf
Wood Elf 3
Total Cat D = 6
Cat E (Odd):
Necro 4
Lizard 3
Skaven 1
Stunty
Vampire 3
Total Cat E = 11
Cat F (Newcomers) :
Slaan 2
Underworld 2
Chaos Pact 3
Total = 7
Grand Total = 49
I'd say I have had a nice spread, slightly more bashy teams than the others but i don't think it is by a significant amount.
But a lot of my games have been with Dark elves and High Elves. I have never been good with either race and have been trying to learn how to play well with them recently. Because of this my elf teams have never really reached a mid TV yet, they just keep getting beaten up too badly. My darkelves have just reached a TV of 1600 (the highest I have ever had with an elf team), so it will be interesting to see if the type of opponent they play at a mid to high TV changes. |

Quickly checking:
Gobbos have played 9 games (all different races) after Jan 15th
Skaven have played 9 games vs DE 2 times and 7 other races once
Orcs have played 10 games twice vs humans and once vs 8 other races.
Looks all fine to me. |

Only six games so far (all with humans). I faced:
- dark elves: 2
- high elves: 1
- slann: 1
- necro: 1
- orc: 1
Tiny sample, but not too many bashers so far for me |

Chaos Dwarves 2
Total cat A = 3
Cat B (Strong):
Chaos 1
Orc 4
Total cat B = 5
Cat C (Average):
Human 1
Norse 1
Nurgle 1
Total Cat C = 3
Cat D (Elf):
High Elf 1
Wood Elf 2
Total Cat D = 3
Cat E (Odd):
Necro 1
Goblin 2
Total Cat E = 3
Cat F (Newcomers) :

I've played 56 games so far, and I don't really mind what races I play against, so I've not looked / remembered. Apart from 'Zons twice, because I hate them. Nothing has stood out as ‘Oh no, not you again’, so I can only assume like Cloggy I shouldn’t go rooting around and spoil the good feeling.
More importantly, I've played only 4 games that I think I would have turned down myself on fairness levels (so the bot, in my eyes, failing to select a fair game), and 3 coaches whom I'd not play again if I had the choice. With one combination, that's only 6/56 games I'd care to forget / not repeat, which I think is a vast improvement over the last time I tried the division. |

Yeah, no complaints about diversity from me, though I'd like to see some goblin action (both with and against) once they're fully implemented.
Other than that, I've noticed a bit of an upswing in necro at the low TV levels. Seems like about a third of my rookie/rookie-ish games are against them.
Oh, and while we're talking ELF ratings, does anyone have insight into the adjustments for LRB6? There's no way ogres are still a Strong team, and there are 3 new races to place.
If I had my guesses:
Ogres - Cat E
Nurgle - Cat B
Khemri - Cat C
Slann - Cat C
Pact - Cat B
Underworld - Cat E |

Well it's good to read. Maybe non-bashy teams gets to face more diversity because once they hit a certain TV range they get trimmed down, while bashers survive better (and thus only meets bashers). If it's true, hopefully Claw will resolve it

Thread derail ! I might put nurgle in A ; if not, at least B. I'll downgrade Khemri as well, and Ogres, and might up Norse. Like you, I'll put pact in B with Chaos, slann in C, underworld in E (but not grouped with the two other stunty teams, and I might differentiate goblins and flings since the gobbo roster changed a lot too). |

In 26 games, I feel I've faced a really even range of teams:
Quote: |
Cat A (Brutal):
Dwarves 1
Chaos Dwarves 1
Khemri 0
Total cat A = 2
Cat B (Strong):
Chaos 3
Orc 1
Ogre 2
Undead 2
Total cat B = 8
Cat C (Average):
Amazon 0
Human 1
Norse 0
Nurgle 0
Total Cat C = 1
Cat D (Elf):
Dark Elf 1
High Elf 0
Pro Elf 0
Wood Elf 1
Total Cat D = 2
Cat E (Odd):
Necro 2
Lizard 2
Skaven 2
Stunty 1
Vampire 1
Total Cat E = 8
Cat F (Newcomers) :
Slaan 1
Underworld 2
Chaos Pact 2
Total = 5
Grand Total = 26 |
Actually, hardly any from categories A, C or D, but plenty from the rest. |

Cat. Count: - Leading Race
Cat. A: 10 - 4 ChaosDorfs
Cat. B: 13 - 7 Chaos
Cat. C: 8 - 4 Norse
Cat. D: 11 - 7 DarkElf
Cat. E: 10 - 6 Necromantic
Cat. F: 3 - 2 ChaosPact
55 Games, including 9 in OldBox, 19 different Races
Nice distribution i must admit. But all new games are played below 1500TV.
When my teams get higher I expect bashier opponents. |
