Hi there,

In the middle of my game, internet is working fine, I am looking at the field and the LRB 5 client just decides to close. Just vanishes off the screen without me touching anything. Has anyone else had this? Is it a known bug?

Happened to me too. Several times, actually. I have the newest Java and Vista.

It isn't a LRB5 client. It is a LRB6 client.

It isn't a LRB6 client. It is a FFB client.

Normally happens when I've got connection difficulties (lag between issuing the orders and them being carried out, general low speed), so I assume that at a certain ping the clients gives up the ghost. The only other time I've seen it happen is when the FFB servers fall over.

If the server is shut down, it reports that connection to the server is lost. And please report with your Java console logs if it happens and you can as requested in the other thread about this issue.
For you who have this problem, what is your location in the world, and what is your usual ping to fumbbl?
i have a ping of 9ms on average to fumbbl and for me it have just happened once.
