Windows 7 Professional.

Java Version (Output from: java -version):
java version "1.6.0_19"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_19)

Bug Description:
A failed right stuff roll by Kapa resulted in the ball being dropped, which should be a turn over. After the failed Right Stuff roll the ogre team is still able to move another snotling towards the ball.

Right Stuff never causes a turn over EXCEPT if the ball carrier is thrown and fails to land.

Fixed in Version 0.4.3.
