Bug Description:
Players who suffer Heat Exhaustion from Sweltering Heat weather do not recover. They should remain out for "the next kick-off" so one drive only. Screen shows opponent heat rolls and the mummy Ramses the 8th does not roll nor recover.

Looks like this is still broken: in this match we had sweltering heat for the whole first half, cleared at 2nd half kick off, T15 a TD is scored and my 5 heat exhausted players from half time remained exhausted. |

More info from looking at the replay carefully; looks like it's fixed when sweltering heat is still in effect, but not when the weather changes. In the above game you can see on T4 after a TD one goblin is hit by exhaustion, and when the 2nd TD is scored on T8 he recovers without rolling (correctly). Then at half time 5 players on the underworld team are hit by exhaustion, the weather changes at kick off, and they aren't available on T16 after a TD is scored.
