Description:
According to LRB6 W(a/o)ndering apo's can be hired by teams that can buy one normally. However in the client necro/undead and such can take Wandering Apo as an inducement.
Those teams should be able to hire an Igor instead.

That's the (all rise) Opera (you may stand down) built-in IRC client. The icon set is indeed terrible, and I have found no way to disable it yet. But even so, it DOES seem to use diffrent icons when On1 is speaking...

Confirmed fixed. Undead can no longer buy apos.
