Hey everyone!
I'm new to this but I've played 20+ games TT in the last year. Just looking for a few games to familiarize myself with the online setting.
Which division should I start in? Just asking because the info on blackbox division discourages new players but the setup seems smooth for non-planned games which fits me. |

I would avoid blackbox for a bit.
If I were you I would make a League and Ranked team. Make them pretty similar and look for games in both divisions.
You won't find that many in League compared to Ranked, however the games you get there are more likely to be played at not such a competitive level and you are more likely to get some tips. |

the set up is smooth and easy and if you are prepared to get mangled and crushed and loose then by all means its the easiest way to get games. Then is also ranked. Ranked can be a shark tank as well as you being fairly new more experienced players wil pray on you. I think you could play in both devisions but since academy devision is not working atm your best bet is to join the 145 club. Make a league team and join the league. Talk to Kodah the guy running it. Playing there is slower but it gets you better lerning games against new people like your self you can allways mix that with a healthy dose or Ranked and box. And Welcome to Fumbbl mate |

Go to Ranked 1st. Stick with teams you know for a bit. Avoid the weird rosters.
Get about 10 games in with a race before trying them in the Box.
Play about 50 games total before trying the Box.
Also look into the 145 League... you will need to set up a League team to play in it. |

You should put your first team in the 145 League. The 145 Club is designed for new players and it's a great place to get your online chops before playing in the shark tank. |
