So, using the draft pool I made here, I put together a draft pool.

I used www.random.org and generated 60 integers 1-23 (inclusive) for the Linemen and 1-100 for the positionals.

I thought it could be fun to do a mock draft. If you want join, post interest here. Once we have 10 players, I'll generate a random draft order and we can start.

Player pool in 2nd post. I will post the list alphabetically, original team name first.

Will there be progression of the players? As 12 players per team, a no progression resurrection would make probably the most sense.

Edit: I thougt we would actually play this after custom league allows it..

Custom leagues are probably a ways off. I figured we could do a few mocks for fun and get a feel for the player pool and see if we need to tweak it. Off the bat, I'd say there's a lot of big guys.

Regarding league format, I was picturing normal progression with your 12 draft picks, plus 0-4 Thralls (and Thralls as journeymen). You can fire a draft pick and rehire a new rookie as per a normal team. The draft would only determine your roster

Okay - is it possible to have more than 4 thralls? Lets say i want a thrall instead of a fling i drafted?

Sign me up, sounds fun, just to be clear are we given these 12 random players or the 12 players will be our choice of hiring in addition to the thrills? Also what's the plan for RR cost and apothecary?

Just to be clear, this thread is for a Mock or Practice Draft. Fumbbl doesn't yet support custom rosters. This will help test the player pool so it can be optimized when custom rosters are available.

We will draft 12 players each, snake style (ie odd rounds draft 1 to 10, even rounds draft 10-1). The remaining 4 roster spots can/will be filled with Thralls.

RR will cost 70, per vampires.

Apo is available and costs 50, per vampires.

Again, these are all tentative rules, subject to discussion and change while we wait for custom rosters.

I would suggest:
No cost of reroll, no cost of player, no inducement. As everybody is assumed to have a chance to draft the best player. At least i would assume we should not draft the most cost effective player, but the best one. So Tomb guardian should be drafted ahead of linewoman, arent they, ARENT THEY?
