What happens with this combination?
Can you throw further again?

I think you can't get strong arm AND throw teammate, cause strong arm is a trait if i remember it right....

From the LRB3.0 page 23 about throwing team mates:

"If the monster has the Pass skill then he is allowed to re-roll the D6 if he misses on his first attempt. He can also use the Pro trait, but may not use any other skill or trait."
