Yep.. there is another tweak on the TS-formula that is needed IMO.
With the last rule-change FanFactor has nothing to do with the kickoff-results "Get the Ref" any more and only little influence on "Pitch Invasion".
With the reduction of FF-influence on the game itself, it´s weight should be reduced compared to the cheerleaders and the coaches.
At the moment the factors cheerleaders, assistant coaches and fanfactor are weighted:
TS = cheerleaders/5
-> influence on a common result but FF influences this roll, too
TS = assistantchoaches/4
-> influence on a common result - only factor on the roll
TS = FanFactor
-> influence on a commen result, but cheerleaders contribute to this roll, too PLUS influence on the rare result "Throw a Rock"
So if 2 equal teams play each other and one team has 5 cheerleaders and 4 assistant-coaches extra, while the other one has 2 points of FF, the first team will have an advantage dispite the equal TS.
In my opinion FF contributes to the outcome of a game (NOT to the teamdevelopment!!) only slightly more than assistant-coaches due to the new kickoff table. So I would propose, changing the calculation to:
TS= FanFactor/3 |

I agree too.
FF might mean alot for the longer term on your team, but Ranked is about 1 off games, where there is little effect. |

It's used for the Ranking system and thus the TS formula should be as accurate as possible to reflect coach skill.
Plus I use TS over TR every time, though I certainly take TR into consideration as well. |

Hmm.. I didn´t expect so a great agreement.
Now I don´t really know, what to do. The first time I tried to propose a change in the TS-formula (the Lizzie-issue which most people agreed on, too) I got no response from any admin at all. So how can I bring this to an admins mind?
Last time I tried chatting them up, writing PM and submitting support-tickets. |

Fact is, I think only Christer has access to the TS formula, so chat up whoever you want, if Christer doesn't agree it isn't going to happen. Seeing how Christer isn't around much at the moment... |
