Can we adjust any of the rules for league/tournament play?

For example make a fouling league and turn the Eye rule off?

Or turn off how many players you HAVE to put on the pitch?

Trying to think of a new idea for league/tournament and knowing what rules can be turned off , or what can be turned on, would be very helpful.

try reading the readme file that comes with the client!
