The ultimate aim for all faction teams is the gold medal, isn't it?
Silver and bronze medals are awards that stay with the team, too.
On the other hand only the gold medals are recorded officially in the coach stats.
By the way. Similarities between this thread and recent blog postings are coincidence and not intended. |

If gold = silver = bronze (all have the same meaning) then why have 3 colours? |

Faction should follow the award system they use in a lot of primary school sports days now.
Give everyone an award just for taking part, after all if 1st and 3rd place are worth the same, then why not 1st and 8th place?
Also winning a Faction gold is about as impressive as coming 2nd last in your school sports day. |
