nah, don´t retire it.
Just retire the niggled thrower and try to develop the other one, the niggler is slowing his growth to a superstar! I´r retire the -av catcher too, in order to down your TR and earn more money each match.
Just my opinion, don´t know if it´s the best option. |

It's up to you, obviously it doesn't matter what we would have voted anyway...don't like em, don't want to use them... retire them.  |
