I have a problem with the JBB Client on Mac OS X, it keeps crashing when I play. I can spectate other games without problems however. The client has crashed after a TD several times, but also on other times like just after finishing a movement with a player. This happens on both stand alone and network play.
Does anyone have any ideas what to do or how to check what exactly goes wrong? When the client crashes, it just closes itself down so there is no error message or anything.
Here are the technical bits:
iBook with Mac OS X 10.2.8
java version "1.4.1_01"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.1_01-69.1)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.1_01-24, mixed mode)
JavaBBowl 8.5 from http://www.witwat.net/luke/javabbowl/ |

I have a PC but I had the same problem. I searched the forum a bit after that and found some threads about game crashing after TD or injuries. You should do so too. I just remember SkiJunkie gave the advice to update the Drivers from you Network Card, maybe you can try that. I just choose different folders for the Java BB and updated and things worked (Its magic) |
