I've got to say I like the new layout more than the old one. Two lines makes for a more readable layout. But I've got a few small suggestion that could improve it some more.
1. Switch the Coach to the first line and the Team to the second line.
2. Add an " 's " to the coaches name.
3. Move the 1st coach & Team beside the score.
4. You could put the TR and STR on the second line.
It would look something like this:

I second that proposition. Although the new layout contains more information (which is good), it's hard on the eyes when you're looking for a certain player or team. |

Hmmm ... the improved update is real nice. Now it only should highlight games with coaches one has on her/his buddy list and I'd be real happy  .
