Since the freebooting apoth element of divX is new and different, it is pretty easy to forget to keep hiring your apoth after every game.
So, I would suggest a simple modification - if your team doesn't have an apoth, change the font color of the "no" text to red. It makes it a little more obvious, I think. |

If I notice I try to remind my opponent before the game starts, I've also let people restart the game after hiring one too. Its not a biggie and I don't think too many coaches would leave home without one. |

Maybe instead of freebooting an apoth that could fail for 10k, you could pay 20k instead and get a freebooted "pro" apothecary who never fails? |
