I've had teams concede their brand new teams to my brand new team on more than one occasion, just b/c I injured one player of his or got a 2 TD lead at any point. The coach gets disgusted, concedes the game, retires the team. I just shrug my shoulders, accept the extra money and double mvp awards, and proceed on with life. Now, I can see retiring a team after just a single game if you find yourself worse off than if you'd never played a game before. But b/c your team got scored upon, or didn't complete a pass? C'mon, give the team a chance to play! |
