If you want a rule, probably wait at least until alpha is over.
If it's a matter of ethiquete, real life issues can happen from activation to draw, so 5' or longer if you notice your opponent and have a reasonable thing to do. |

Totally agree. It is unnessecary to add a comment to your poll.
I think a normal time frame is about 3 minutes, but if you state you have to change laundry, bio, get a beer, etc., then you get a couple more minutes in my book. If you need more then 10 minutes, then you can wait till the next seeding. |
