Can Big Guys use Leader re-rolls on Fumbbl?

The FAQ for the LRB says Big Guys are allowed to use both Leader re-rolls and Trophy re-rolls.

I'd hate to get Leader re-roll on doubles and find out they can't use it since to blow money I buy lots of re-rolls any how.

they also can't use the re-rolls gained from the kick-off table.
