Why ignored?
I tried to explain earlier that by that time i mainly tried to find out why people voted 'no' besides the - not very happy - reasons i could offhand come up with.

This is actually a very good and valid loophole and something i admit freely to not having considered.
Kudos for being the first to come up with a real argument instead of 'I don't like it, because I don't like rule adaptions'.
