In this game:
http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=match&id=3071403
My opponent threw his snotling with the ball downfield, and it landed on another snotling. Both were removed from the pitch due to their injury roll, and the ball disappeared. I ran a player over where the log said the ball landed and wandered around, no ball. A turn or two later, the ball appeared in one of my players hands who was not near the landing zone, he never made a pickup/catch roll. |

From what i have witnessed the ball ends up back where the player was TTM'd from, if you move a player there, or in fact have a player pushed there, you will automatically get the ball, no pick up required. BTW it doesn't matter if the players are injured or not for this to happen, only that the player with the ball is TTM'd onto another player..
edit:- Whilst the ball is in the original square it is not visible, i should have made that clearer |

Could this be the client thinking the TTM was fumbled, due to the ball being dropped, so it places the ball back in the square it was originally tossed from? |

This is because the ball is never scattered after a failed landing like that. It is a bug, it is known, we will fix it. |
